Rate is inclusive of

• Laundry & ironing (01 outfit/day), excluding dry laundry. Extra outfit is charged at VND 20,000/outfit.
• ™Room cleaning (every two days).
• ™Change of bed sheets and pillow covers (every fortnight).
• ™ADSL Internet (plug-in & wifi).
• ™Fixed telephone (free of charge for calls within HCM City, extra fees for mobile and long-distance calls as per meter reading).
• ™Water consumption.

and NOT inclusive of:

• Power consumption (Pay as per meter readings – as per prevailing rate at the time).
• Telephone Charge
• ™Gas consumption (charged at the price offered by gas company).
• ™Car parking.
• ™Mobile and long-distance telephone calls (as per pricing offered by telephone company).
